We greatly appreciate your business and we strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
In order to return an item to us, you must first contact us or submit a return or exchange request form to get your return approved. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in all of the original packaging.
We currently allow for exchanges on lures only. If you would like to exchange a lure you purchased for a different color pattern, we follow the same process outlined below for returns. We can only process exchanges for items in color patterns that we currently have in stock. We allow for exchanges within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Return / Exchange Process
To return or exchange an item, please submit a return or exchange request form or call us at (754) 303-3397. Once your return or exchange has been approved, please mail your item to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If you are exchanging an item, we will provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label via email.
Returns or exchanges will be processed upon receipt. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged:
For products that are defective or damaged, please contact us by phone, email, or web form using the contact information at the bottom of this page. If you have purchased a rod that is deemed to be defective or damaged, we will work directly with you to get it replaced through the rod manufacturer’s warranty.
Please note that sale items are considered FINAL sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
